Introduction to Type® and Reintegration: A Framework for Managing the Transition Home
Reintegration is a process that people undertake at various points in their life—and to varying degrees—when they are faced with the need to readjust after extended periods of unfamiliar or highly stressful experiences. Whether you are working with service members returning home from combat deployment or volunteers acclimating to life after a relief mission, this booklet can help you provide your clients—as well as their supporters—with insights into the reintegration process and help them to understand how to deal most effectively with the challenges involved. Offering an in-depth look at using MBTI® type to support successful reintegration, it presents guidance for each type on how to improve the reintegration experience across a wide variety of contexts, from career exploration and development to interpersonal relationships, and provides practical tips for facilitating success, techniques for avoiding actions that may derail progress, and case studies to inspire action plans that promote success.

MBTI® Decision-Making Style Report
The MBTI® Decision-Making Style Report uses type preferences as a framework for understanding an individual's decision-making style. This online report helps individuals become better decision makers by alerting them to their decision-making strengths, potential challenges, and areas for development. Additionally, it explains how type dynamics impact their style and offers key questions to consider during the decision-making process to facilitate more comprehensive decisions. The Tips and Action Steps section provides insights and suggestions to guide further coaching and development, including what to consider when presented with a difficult decision, how to tap others for decision-making assistance, and how individuals can flex their style to improve communication with others and enhance their decision making.

This personalized interpretive report can be generated using the client's item responses (reported type) or verified type and can be ordered with either Step I (Form M) or Step II (Form Q). Use it along with our Introduction to Type® and Decision Making booklet for team building, leadership development, and extended coaching initiatives.
